conservation & regeneration:

We are responsible for the repair and refurbishment of a variety of historic buildings including farms, cottages, manor house and town centre buildings. We provide conservation advice to local authorities. We are also involved in regeneration projects including HERS and MCTI schemes and are conservation architects for the major regeneration of an historic foundry in Hayle.

As approved architects for the dioceses of Truro, Exeter and Bath & Wells, we inspect 40 or so churches, mainly listed Grade I or II*, and have extensive experience of conservation work on these buildings.
